How does my hearing aid work?

Most hearing aids work in similar ways, they come in all shapes and sizes and are designed to be worn in or on your ear. These electronic devices consist of three basic parts:

a microphone, an amplifier, and a speaker which can be adjusted according to the user’s needs and listening environments.
